Holy Crap

there is so much to say and so little time to say it.

yoyo is gone now, but it's okay because video chat is working pretty well and i love it.

school started and although i love each and everyone of my classes - it's so damn overwhelming i don't know if i can manage it all.
it seems to be working out though pretty nicely, it seems like that Stones song, "time is on my side" keeps playing in my head right when i turn all my projects in - it's actually quite soothing.

my schedule:

Mondays
8am-11am - Design Foundations with Prof. Bill Will (i know, right?)
1pm - 2.5pm - Origins of Modernism with Prof. Phil Harris (AMAZING AMAZING)

Tuesdays
8am-11am - Drawing Foundations with Prof. Brian Shannon
11.5am-3pm - Intro to Fibers with Jiseon Lee (seriously hard)
4.5pm-6pm - Survey of Western Art

Wednesdays (Date/Makeup Work Day!)
8am-11am - Design Foundations

Thursdays
8am-11am - Drawing Foundations with Prof. Brian Shannon
11.5am-3pm - Intro to Fibers with Jiseon Lee
4.5pm-6pm - Survey of Western Art with Prof. Abby McGhee(snooze fest)

Fridays

1pm-2.5pm - Origins of Modernism with Prof. Phil Harris

My modernism teacher and my western art teacher both teach in the same class. That is to say, they share the same boring portable classroom. Now, while they both teach in the classroom - they have completely different strategies of going abouts saturating our already sopping wet little minds with information. Abby puts me to sleep everytime she has a class, EVEN THOUGH her subjects are totally interesting and actually super cool. While Phil's topics are many times absolutely dull and boring and he keeps me riveted. Both lecture with barely any participation or movement in the classroom, and both classes are in the perfect slots where i am completely exhausted by the time i get there. I think it has something to do with the lights going on and off in Abby's classroom.

Anyway, my life is pretty rough and tumble - but i'm getting through just fine. My apartment is disgusting and my laundry just keeps piling up onto itself.

i miss my dad already.
i miss you guys more than anything!
